Different "pieces" in different ears

Hello everybody, I use timidity to play midi and to convert midi to wav. I have modified the sources of timidity to apply a change to the midy (I modify the frequency). The problem is this: I'd like to play the original piece in the left ear, and the modified piece in the right ear.... Is it possible???
